Galerie Milton is proud to present an exceptional retrospective of the work of Michel Batlle, a major figure in the contemporary art scene. This exhibition, accompanied by his art book Faces & Archetypes, traces more than five decades of his work, from his early experiments with psychophysiography to his current monumental sculptures.
The exhibition highlights the artist's different periods : his X-ray engravings from the 1960s, his free figuration from the 1970s, his pioneering digital art from the 1980s and his more recent metal sculptures. A sharp selection that reveals the extraordinary diversity of his work and his constant search for innovation.
